GINGER HIGHBALL

1.5 oz Pamos
.5 oz Lemon Juice
3 Dashes Angostura Bitters
3 Dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
Fever Tree Ginger Beer
Lemon Twist
Mint Leaves

Add mint leaves to a highball glass and lightly muddle.
Add all other ingredients, except ginger beer to glass and stir.
Add ice and top with ginger beer. Garnish with a lemon twist.
